Skyler Blood represents Medicare Advantage [HMO, PPO, and PFFS] organizations [and stand-alone PDP prescription drug plans] that have a Medicare contract. Enrollment depends on the plan's contract renewal.

Plan availability and benefits vary by plan, carrier, and location. Not all plans offer the benefits mentioned. Limitations, exclusions, and eligibility requirements may apply. Allowance amounts cannot be combined with other benefit allowances. Additional restrictions may apply.

For [Humana], [UnitedHealthcare], [Devoted], [Healthspring], [Aetna], [Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield], [Anthem Blue Cross], [Healthy Blue], [WellPoint], [Simply], [Freedom Health], [Optimum HealthCare], [HealthSun] and [Wellcare] certain benefits (such as a grocery, healthy food, or flex allowance) may be offered as Special Supplemental Benefits for the Chronically Ill (SSBCI) and are only available with select plans and to individuals who meet specific eligibility requirements. Examples of qualifying conditions include diabetes, cardiovascular disorders, chronic lung disorders, chronic and disabling mental health conditions, or heart failure. This is not a complete list, and meeting one of these conditions does not guarantee receipt of the benefit. Other criteria and plan approval may apply. Availability and eligibility vary by plan and carrier.

If you are experiencing a qualifying life event, you may be eligible for a Special Enrollment Period (SEP). Speak with a licensed insurance agent for more information.

Skyler Blood is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency or the Medicare program. It is a promotional service connecting individuals with independent licensed insurance agents.
